New Delhi: The day came with a bag of good news for Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who was acquitted of all charges by the Bombay High Court in the infamous hit-and-run case of 2002.
While millions of fans of the star are elated with the news, a restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai, has come up with a unique way to show their love for Salman.
The restaurant, named ‘Bhaijaanz’, opened by a bunch of Salman Khan’s fans, are celebrating his acquittal by offering their customers an offer they would not refuse. Situated at Carter road, the restaurant’s management has announced that customers can order whatever they like and pay the bill with an amount that suits them. So, customers are free to eat whatever they wish without burning a hole in their pockets.
"This offer is valid only for today. We came up with the concept because ‘giving’ is a true bhaijaan-like act. Since he was acquitted, we are having this deal in his honour," Govind, the manager of the restaurant, told a leading daily.

As soon as the offer was announced, it spread like wildfire and customers have been lining up in front of the Bhaijaanz restaurant since evening.
On the fateful day of September 28, 2002, Salman Khan’s land cruiser ran over a pavement in Bandra. The accident, which happened in early hours of the day, killed one and injured four others.
Now that the Salman has been declared innocent in the matter, it is no less than Eid for Bhai’s fans.
