Job Description
Serve as first level support for several different client facing sites, and internal workspaces
• Solve problems related to processes and workflows associated with these sites
• Manage the integrity of user records
• Work with 2nd and 3rd level support to solve more complex problems
• Communicate site wide issues with impacted users internally
• Learn and backup the Knowledge Management team as needed
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to solve technical problems
• Good organizational skills
• Desire to improve processes
• Detail-oriented
• Work well with a variety of people.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to quickly follow-up on urgent support matters
• Fast learner with a desire to figure out how things work
• Able to work holidays, weekends, late nights, or extended hours as business needs dictate
• Work independently/minimal supervision/self-starter
• Experienced in handling stringent SLAs
• Interact with the multiple process owners in the US to understand requirements and communicate feedback /solutions.
• Following all the Information/Physical Security Polices and Procedures.
• Stability in their professional career is an important factor.
