New Delhi: Remember the time when the stand-up comedy group All India Backc**d (AIB) landed themselves in a controversy for the allegedly vulgar live show –AIB Roast with Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor.
Well, AIB was slammed by several moralists at that time, including Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan.
Infact Aamir even went on saying that he was way too disappointed and referred the show as a violent event.
But now, its time for AIB to take revenge from the ‘PK’ star and yes, they have made a befitting comeback this time.
Recently, Aamir Khan got involved in a controversy after he spoke his mind on ‘rising intolerance’ in the country.
While the actor faced a backlash from the entire country, AIB too have their say on it.
While discussing an issue on their show recently, Co-hosts Gursimran Khamba and Tanmay Bhatt took a dig on Aamir, saying, “Now do you know what it feels like when without knowing the facts of the matter, you are attacked…”
Infact Gursimran also made a direct attack on the actor asking, “We know what it feels like when without watching the video, people attack us.”
He said so because Aamir had himself confessed that he hasn’t watched the AIB roast before criticizing it.
Describing the sedition charge slapped on Aamir as ridiculous Tanmay Bhatt said, “There was time when Gandhiji was slapped with a sedition charge for leading the Dandi March. Now you get accused of sedition when your wife casually says she wants to leave the country”.
Well, that was indeed a sharp revenge taken by AIB from Aamir Khan and it indeed prove the saying “What goes around comes around”. Now we wonder how Khan will react to AIB’s mocking.
